Bootcamps

Held in the Cannon Hill, Carindale, Hawthorne and Bulimba areas.

$15 per person, 45 minutes.

Classes involve developing;

  • Cardio fitness
  • Core strength
  • Functional strength
  • Flexibility, and
  • Will end with a cool down to assist in flushing the resultant toxins from your body. You should walk away feeling refreshed.

Bootcamps are a great way to get fit because you get to joke around and have some fun with your friends at the same time.

Low Intensity Bootcamps

Held in the Cannon Hill, Carindale, Hawthorne and Bulimba areas.

For those who just want to get active again. Sessions are designed so that each person can just go at their own pace. Will involve some core work, strength exercises, and a little boxing for fun (nothing too serious – just for beginners).

$15 per person, 45 minutes.

Corporate Bootcamps

Contact me to organise bootcamps for your employees either before work or during the middle of the day. Employees feel appreciated when their health is cared for, and it also gives them a chance to interact with each other outside the stresses of work.
