For those that need to modify their lifestyle to be healthy.

  • Aimed at creating habits that are sustainable.
  • You will maintain a weekly diary to monitor two changes that you will make to your lifestyle each month (decided on between yourself and me).
  • Commit to 8 weeks.
  • 2 personal training sessions per week.
  • A planning session to prepare for the weak spots in your weekly routine/habits.
  • Tips on how to break bad habits and build new ones and how to make big changes in your life without overwhelming yourself.
  • $110/week or $840 upfront non-refundable (save $60). Payment by direct debit.
  • In order to create healthy sustainable eating habits, you will be strongly advised to consult with a dietician/nutritionist, either of your choice or one recommended by myself.
