6 Session Beginners Package
Just because you haven’t done it before, it doesn’t mean that you can’t do it.

Six Session Beginners Package

Session 1

Initial complimentary consult. In this session I will chat to you and learn what your goals are, then work out what will be the best way to go about  achieving them.

Session 2

You will be taught how to do weights, their benefits (including the health benefits for the aging population), and how to do them safely and effectively.

Session 3

You will learn how to do interval training, its health benefits, and how it can be useful if you are time poor.

Session 4

During this session you will be taught how to stretch, and how to use a foam roller. You will also be shown a number of exercises to reduce your chance of developing injuries.

Session 5

You will be tested on your knowledge of weights. This will serve to reinforce those areas where your knowledge is weak.

Session 6

At the end of the 6 weeks I will test your knowledge and then you can show me how to stretch the associated muscles.

45 minutes per session.

$70 per session (by direct debit), or $300 if paid upfront.

You will be encouraged to revise what you have learnt before the following appointment.
