We have state of the art Bandsaw cutting equipment for cutting the cylinder tube and chrome bar. All machines are fitted with laser self-measuring devices to minimise incorrect cut lengths.
Cut to Length Cylinder Tube & Chrome Bar
Cylinder Tube and Chrome Bar come in 6000mm lengths. However, to assist you with minimising inventory we also cut to any length you require. Accuracy of cutting is second to none with our state of the art cutting equipment therefore product can be cut very close to your finished length minimising machining and material waste. Our cutting service is available at an additional cost which will depend on the size of the tube, length and also quantity required.
Simply select your tube size and when selecting the ‘Length’ choose ‘Custom’ and this will allow you to select your ideal length, quantity and any special requirements. Pricing will not appear for the cut to length item but price and custom cutting cost will be confirmed via email by Hydraulic Steels. Once you have your costs you can then quote your project or proceed with an order.

Packaging Service
Packaging is also equally important. All goods sent by freight outside of Metro Brisbane is package and wrapped on a wooden skid to prevent unnecessary transit damage. Interstate packaging to have goods safely delivered without damage will incur and additional cost. We also have export packaging available as well which also incurs and additional cost.
